Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet took the audience by surprise at The Game Awards 2024, emerging as the latest original intellectual property from Naughty Dog since The Last of Us in 2013. Set to become a valuable addition to the studio’s impressive lineup, which includes iconic series like Crash Bandicoot and Uncharted, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is generating buzz. Even with a release window loosely aimed at 2025, the game is already making waves with strategic marketing efforts.
While the trailer for Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet offered little in terms of gameplay, it introduced the main character, a lethal bounty hunter named Jordan A. Mun, whose appearance was designed around and portrayed by actress Tati Gabrielle. Fans who saw the 2022 live-action Uncharted movie may recognize Gabrielle as Braddock, the ruthless antagonist opposite Tom Holland’s Nathan Drake. If Sony and Naughty Dog were to explore adapting Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet into a live-action series or film, they’ve already set the stage with a standout casting choice.
